The people who work at Newtopia are what makes it a great place to work.

Cons

The company is not doing well. Employees only received 50% salary for Dec 2024 & Jan 2025 and were not paid for Feb 2025. Then several of us got temporarily laid off and are still waiting to receive our outstanding wages. I worked at Newtopia for over 5 years and it was such a great place to work pre-pandemic. Since 2020, it's gone way downhill. The salary as an Inspirator/Health Coach has never been livable. They pay a very entry level salary but want employees to have previous coaching experience. They expect you to complete 17-20 coaching calls per day. It's always been about the business. This is not the place if you want to make a positive impact on people's lives (you can but it's challenging). There's not much opportunity for growth either.

Limited growth. The company owes many of its employees months of unpaid wages.
