      Terrible leadership, fun sector

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere and a rare gaming job in Amsterdam.

      Cons

      Management team is made of jumped up interns and people who know nothing about data or games or research. This isnt good for a games data and research company. Director of HR is a friend of the CEO and came from Activision during a time when Activision had a HR scandal. As a result HR is not great

      Young environment, free food, kitchen, funny colleagues, hourly flexibility, lot of freedom

      Cons

      Location is not great, CEO is a robot, HR people are robots, a bit of instability, management and leadership is not great overall, you're mostly left alone with your work

      - Low entry barrier - Openness to suggestions for internal processes improvements - Educational budget - Good feedback on performance

      Cons

      - Insufficient team communication and cross-area collaboration - Internal processes and tools did not adapt to the fast growth of the company - Insufficient implementation of improvements on internal tools - Not many possibilities to grow professionally inside the company
