- Work life balance - Remote work, work from home - Annual get togethers - Bonuses, Increases Over all good stay

Cons

- Organizational structure can still improve better - The contract can be improved - Added work outside the company (Not a lot but should be in contract to avoid confusion and can be expected

The only pro is that it’s remote

Cons

There are no real incentives for agents Managers and supervisors don’t like to do any work Turns into a sales heavy job despite being advertised as customer care Micromanaged High turnover rate so you will be overworked The list goes on and on
