Promotions are merit based, nothing is based on seniority or experience. Someone who started recently can pass you up if they have better work ethic, learn the information quicker and deliver better results.
I applied to the company when I had minimal experience in marketing and business. They were willing to train and I have learned exponentially, both personally and professionally. Really great company structure that encourages growth and development. I love the people I work with and appreciate that NexGen promotes a positive, team-driven environment.
