Pros
-NexInfo provides excellent opportunities to deliver, learn and grow especially in the Oracle practice. One can excel in their skillsets with good opportunities provided. -The senior members in the team are supportive and encourage the new joiners and juniors to excel. -Work culture is good and healthy for a good work life balance overall albeit the projects require more of the presence towards second half of the day while working from India. - Colleagues/co-workers are very supportive and helpful to each other making one feel less worried in time of burdened situations. - There is a push for regular certifications and support for the same encouraging continuous learning. - Office facilities are commendable especially in Chennai office with cab pick up and drop, dinner support, etc. while the Bangalore office is minimalistic and in a co-working space owing to lesser employee count.
Cons
-Initial onboarding formalities might feel monotonous. - Bangalore office has lots of scope for expansion and improvement. -Some engagements might deviate from core skills of candidates -Should be adhering to shift times and work from office policies.
