Company claims to have such a great culture. What I found in my time at NexMetro was the complete opposite. - Colleagues will shamelessly throw you under the bus to make themselves look better and make you look bad - There is an entire department of just Karen's who complain about everyone and everything in the company - I've seen good people be let go and bullies not only stay but continue to be promoted - If you are a good worker or respectful, it doesn't get you anywhere. You have to undermine others in order to get ahead -Sending rude emails to your team members is a norm - One higher up in particular that has thrown his employees under the bus to try to get them fired and made up a bunch of fake scenarios to get them fired. Worst part of all is that it worked! Their higher up is too spineless and ignorant to realize what this 'manager' is doing. - No life work balance. - Major micromanaging - Does not adhere to its own mission. Pretends to be trendy and cool but in reality has poisonous employees that have so much attitude it was one of the fakest places I've worked. You can be good at your job and the biggest A-hole and you'll get promoted. Toxic group!

Clicks, trainer given too much power and bias, do things their way or you don't know what you're doing. Manager always has door closed of you course you can knock and go in - just not a great welcoming and open feeling A whole new way of doing a job I've done for over 30 years, job just WAS NOT for me. Got tired of feeling like I was an idiot and didn't know how to do anything.
