Extremely high turnover. Management is rude, disrespectful and extremely resistant to accepting new ideas, processes and integrating new employees. Onboarding is horrible. Senior management has been known to publically berate and yell at employees. Very unprofessional and accusatory. Don't practice what they preach.

Dysfunction systemic in the company is apparent, but refuse to acknowledge that it stems from the very top! Constantly trying new sales and corporate models and never committing to one. Recently VC backed, and positioned to sell company so driving unobtainable sales targets to inflate worth resulting in high attrition rates. Extreme micromanagement from top most tier.
