Shady business practices up to regional level. So poorly understaffed that when management is investigated for illegal practices against staff they look the other way to avoid needing to hire and train more management. A government entity that practices as a private business, not following all government personel norms such as holiday or admin pay. I hope this isn't the whole company, but it was an issue in the south east.
