Cons

Because it's a smaller company you'll be expected to fill in gaps outside of your title or experience.

Benefits: Full health, Dental, tons of PTO. The benefits were actually very generous across all employees and departments. Team: One of the most enjoyable teams I have ever gotten to work with. Welcoming, fun, but also focused. Growth: The company loves to help people grow. They've sponsored courses employees wanted to take to help grow their coding skills for example. Or if someone wants to take on more/different responsibilities, leadership typically does what they can to make it happen.

Cons

Dynamic: Could be a pro or a con depending on the person, but the work focus is always shifting. There are a variety of products made at Nexersys, and you could be coding for one product one week and another product the next week when the priority changes. Can feel a bit like juggling.
