You're a number, or more specifically a random character. They don't care about you, how many years you've been here and what you can bring to the company. They don't look forward of things and are driven exclusively by money. The issue is that the infra team, who do not bill the clients but make sure the other employees can work, are considered useless or at best a necessary evil that they try to maintain to the strict minimum (without understanding what is the minimum). I've seen their best dev also their number 1 dev (9 years for the company) saying he'll leave and they said: "ok". The president didn't even bother telling him goodbye, but instead said, with great confidence: "you'll come back".
Also, the place switched from a dev center to a Sitecore consultant center.
They changed so much in 1 year that they lost 35 to 40 employees (most left by themselves) and they always thought the employees were the problem, never thought they might do something wrong.
