inconsistency, lack of enforcement of rules, due to long term dysfunction moral is very low and hard to keep new people.

The environment is nice, staff shows compassion and kindness towards residents. Most staff work well together with teamwork. Very clean nursing home

Cons

Alot of nepotism and cliques, especially on who gets promoted to an open position or who gets the open day spot. Policy states should go to the employee who wants it who's been there the longest, but that's not the case. Many times a management friend or family member gets the position before anyone even knows a position is open, even as far as to higher as a new employee before current staff. Many times they really are not even the best fit for the position and don't do a good job.
