If you know how to flatter the right people, you’ll survive — regardless of talent. What’s worse, employees are pressured to write fake positive reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox during onboarding. It’s all about building a fake image instead of fixing internal problems. And then come the silent layoffs — no communication, no official notice, not even a goodbye. People disappear overnight, and the rest are expected to pretend like nothing happened. This is not just unprofessional; it’s heartless. If you value your mental peace, career growth, and honesty, this company is a disaster you must avoid.
