Bad product, poor leadership, a mess

- Full remote work - That's it

Cons

- Product is terrible, full of bugs - C-level is living inside their own AI bubble, long meetings talking about AI and conferences while not doing anything real to change the company state - No prioritization, engineers need to constantly put customer fires down because of the huge technical debt in the platform - Layoffs, customer churn, no sales, a lot of critical issues, poor middle management, micromanagement, stress, burnout... what else?
