Pros

- Excellent work environment. Colleagues are kind and helpful; seniors and managers are very flexible and understanding when it comes to manage your workload. - Great learning opportunities. They provide several certification courses and allow a good amount of freedom to innovate in your project. You get responsibilities early on, and there's plenty of room to experiment and grow. - Interesting projects. There's a lot of freedom to move between projects and a wide array of sectors to choose from such as Health & Pharma, Telecommunications, and Government, if you feel like changing.

Cons

- There's a strong culture of the client is always right, which can be a bit chaotic. Tasks will change constantly and you will need to readapt quickly. Delivery on time is prioritized over quality. For entry-level programmers, it's a great chance to learn, but for senior programmers, it might feel like you're stagnating. - There's little peer code review. There's a 3 month adaptation period and after that you're expected to pull your own weight. It's great if you're in a hurry to learn and grow, since you'll get responsibilities early on, but in the long run, coding best practices are often lost in the way. - Salary could scale better compared to competition. Senior programmers might be discouraged.
