- There's a strong culture of the client is always right, which can be a bit chaotic. Tasks will change constantly and you will need to readapt quickly. Delivery on time is prioritized over quality. For entry-level programmers, it's a great chance to learn, but for senior programmers, it might feel like you're stagnating.
- There's little peer code review. There's a 3 month adaptation period and after that you're expected to pull your own weight. It's great if you're in a hurry to learn and grow, since you'll get responsibilities early on, but in the long run, coding best practices are often lost in the way.
- Salary could scale better compared to competition. Senior programmers might be discouraged.
