      Arrogant and toxic

      Pros

      None I can think of, literally the worst place to work as a software engineer.

      Cons

      - Toxic and arrogant management - They track all your actions illegally - Fired half of the team in 2 months - Management has no technical skills, but they tend to drive architecture - result is pure abomination - Pay is low per the expectation, but hiring bar is none existing - They add hidden fees to the clients, is how they make money!

      Bad management Salary is not high if you are not Java developer Market if volatile so the project you are working in can die easily They expect you to work 12 hours a day when they pay for 8
