Pros
It's a genuinely great place to work, with good vibes across teams and a culture that promotes inclusion and mutual respect. The team is highly multinational, bringing in diverse perspectives that make collaboration richer and more engaging. Roles are dynamic, offering plenty of opportunities to grow and step outside your comfort zone. The work itself is challenging and meaningful, which keeps things interesting and intellectually rewarding. Most importantly, there's a strong understanding and respect for personal time and life, which is something I truly value.
Cons
There is not much to say here. As a growing startup, career paths are still taking shape, so personal growth often benefits from proactive goal-setting and open dialogue. Compensation transparency is a work in progress, and improving clarity here could strengthen trust and alignment as the company scales.
