      Pros

      Employees are really good but nothing good about company. you will get chance to work on live project.

      Cons

      Old technology. only work no life. No one cares about employee. what management want is you to complete work within unrealistic deadline. so called CEO takes all the decisions. (if she wants to take decision then why don't she start coding)...

      Nothing is worth appreciating. Don't go with any other pros.

      Cons

      Poorest company I have worked ever. I would prefer to work in manufacturing shop floor but not with senior leadership with such cheap mentality. If you drink tea during work hours management would have big problem with it. They think you are their slaves and even people should not waste time to go to washroom.

      If you're a fresher then this is certainly a break that will give you immense experience and confidence to work on Software Development...becoz in very early days lots of responsibilities are given on them.

      Cons

      Complete exploitation of employees. ... worst work life balance. ...CEO is godmother she takes all decisions mostly wrong.
