Pros

The company uses some of the latest technology in the development of it's system. That is the only good thing about the company.

Cons

They missed paying their employees for 4 months, while continuously hiring new employees without the assurance of salary. Some people left their stable job to transfer in NextBasket because of the promise of high salary only to get scammed and not receive any salary. They have swept the no payment for 4 months under the rug, and continued the operation by forcing employees to an unpaid leave.

Pros

- People seem somewhat okay, but there's nothing positive beyond that.

Cons

- They haven't paid salaries for several months as of now, leaving people working for free. - Management keeps sending emails about payment delays without making any real progress, while still harshly demanding work to be delivered. - Despite not paying current employees, they continue trying to hire new staff, with open positions listed on the internet. - All activities and chats are monitored. The time tracker sends video recordings and screenshots of your activity to your manager.

Pros

+ When contracted, employee benefits are satisfactory. + Salary can be above median, and it appears to be negotiable based on skill and experience, as well as on the employer's desire to employ the individual. + Quitting after the contract has become permanent was done within two weeks, without a 1-2 month notice. The employer appeared to be understanding of my circumstances and agreed to end our relationship without asking me to pay fees. I appreciate that (only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 1).

Cons

- BEWARE!!! Managers (C-level) may act in opposition to company values, as well as to basic moral values! My situation was that I worked for almost 2 weeks without signing a contract due to not being able to go to the city where the company is based and sign, and now, almost a year later, I am still not compensated for that work. Sending emails, having recordings of interviews and going in person to ask for said compensation in the span of almost a year now has been treated with disregard (no response to emails for 3 months despite multiple follow-ups), disrespect (no response & lack of remorse & lack of an attempt to compensate) by managers and even aggression (physical and verbal) by the owner of the company on the second attempt to request 5 min of their time was made. - Quantity over quality (at least while I was there) - word count and article count were being prioritized over the quality of texts, resulting in high-stress situations and lack of motivation to deliver good content. - Reporting system for copywriters and metrics was not optimal while I was there (up until early Q1 of 2024) - weekly reports are required with written material and length, but those reports do not provide as good an outlook as monthly reports that show the total numbers, and needless pressure can be felt when weekly targets are not met, despite monthly targets ending up being met or even exceeded.
