Working for Next Caller optimizes the idea of "work hard, play hard" You are expected to bring your A game everyday and outperform expectations, which you are rewarded for adequately. We take fun trips and play dodgeball on a company team. There is no micromanaging or hierarchy, you are truly considered part of the team. No idea or opinion is scoffed at but everyone is welcome and encouraged to share their views. Definitely a great place to work
Cons
We are rapidly growing but in a small space so the bathroom line can get rather long... definitely a hard working atmosphere so if you are looking for a place that you can sit on Facebook or take long lunch breaks, this company won't be right for you
