- Owner was very involved - Friendly co-workers open to collaboration

- Owner was very into setting up processes, which made completing work tasks incredibly hard - Direct manager created a negative work environment that affected other department

The best reasons for working at next day flyers were working with small and big companies on a business to business environment as well as being able to meet each and every customer needs.
