The senior leaders are all con men. They promise you the world and then fire you when you call them out for it.

Pros

There are very few pros to the company, other than the people who work daily not knowing what on earth Leadership is doing.

Cons

If you want to work for people who don't listen, don't share, lack empathy, don't pay their employees, and treat people like little pawns in their game, then this is the place for you.
