      Incapable up management

      Pros

      The people were full of talent and passion. The management however, completely inept and incapable. I don't know if this is a trend in Finland or maybe just the gaming industry. The underwent re-structing in 2019 and didn't fire the person responsible for the losses. They started loosing money again in 2022 (hence the takeover by Netflix) and promoted the stupid responsible for the losses. I'll just leave it at that.

      Nice people to work with, on the lower levels.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their personnel at all. Targets are super unrealistic and impossible to achieve = no bonuses, ever. Salaries are poor and impossible to raise because management keep saying they are competitive, even though they are not. People are being let go without a care and then hired back in a few months when the company has managed to raise more money. I have no idea how they manage to sell this to the investors. Junior employees are not given any chance to advance in their careers, even though there are people with very little experience in the senior levels. It is definitely not a meritocracy.

      - great benefits - flexible hours - able to work from home if needed - working on big IPs - stock options

      Cons

      - some seniors not very experienced - pipeline very messy and unprofessional
