You can work remotely and a laptop is provided to you for work. Good group of people to work with. Next Gear also takes into account that family is more important than work and will provide any accommodations you may need.

Cons

Near non-stop interactions on a daily basis with new bugs/glitches caused by the weekly updates that always break something.
