The over all experience was good due to the team and the reporting head

Have a knack of getting right people in the company. The verticals are clearly defined. Within the team, there was great sense of trust, ownership and supportive attitude.

Cons

Have no growth chart for the employees and certain part of the top management is very short sighted.
