The people I work with are VERY energetic and enthusiastic! The job we do is so rewarding, I'm proud of what we do and happy to come to work. It's not a job that's for everyone but I feel that our mission statement is admirable and fulfilling.
Cons
Starting pay isn't a lot but the promotion rate is fast and won't take long before I'm where I want to be.
