Pros

Good company, co- workers are good, good hours, nice foot traffic.

Cons

Management could be better, lots of turnover, training new hires needs to be more accurate, better commission structure, no favoritism.

Pros

If you are really good at sales, you definitely have potential to make good commissions. Lots of hours if that's what your looking for.

Cons

Was suppose to be part time, required to work almost 40 hours a week, while I was a full time college student. Us Cellular (who next generation sells for) was going really down hill at the time, so we losing customers left and right, which means our paychecks went down. With Next Gen you make minimum wage, and then commissions if you reach your goals. My advice, if you can work with a corporate store instead of an agent location, do it. You'll make more money and deal with the same amount of crap.

Pros

Allow flexibility with your work schedule. Upbeat and fun. There's a lot of community events to participate it (they are paid events). Your co-workers are usually awesome. Not as high pressure as a corporate location.

Cons

Unprofessional and negative environment. Bad work-life balance. Management doesn't care about you they just want to make money. Numbers oriented. Horrible training.. You have to teach yourself everything and don't plan on anyone helping you.
