      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedule, allowed to work remotely when needed, employees outside of management are supportive of one another and happy to lend assistance to another employee when needed.

      Cons

      There are the protected people who you cannot challenge, people placed in management positions that are not qualified (lack of degrees or experience for those positions), company ignored existing clients to allocate resources to new leads, sexist environment, employees are underplayed unless you are the "protected", management will push their responsibilities onto you, the company will not hire new employees because they do not have "resourcing" need but people continue to leave and management will not hire new people to replace the old and instead push those duties onto existing employees increasing their workloads, if working on an implementation project will work long hours, very high turnover rate.

      People = Great. Management = Not Great.

      Pros

      - There are some really awesome people that work for this company.

      Cons

      - They hire a lot of kids fresh from college and they're know it alls who are very hard to work with. - Several 'decision making' employees are related to the CEO and they pretty much do whatever they want. - There is no work-life balance. This company does not act as if an employee's life outside of work matters at all. - Pay is on the low scale for the area. - Morale is awful. People who have been there for years should quit and move on, they are bitter and it brings those around them down. - Re-orgs a plenty! Don't like your team? Just wait a few months and you'll have a new one. - Huge gap between upper management and everyone else. I felt like a number here, easily replaced at any time by someone who will take a lower salary.

      If you want constant organizational change, lack of structure and no career path -- this place is for you!

      Pros

      - Growth is up to you, so it's in your hands - Benefits are slightly above standard company benefits - Good work-life benefits - If you don't like the current company trend, wait three months, it'll change, these guys are reactive, NOT proactive

      Cons

      - Constant organizational change, leading to confusion and low morale - Managers are managers by title only, they don't actually know anything about management - Your career path is dependent on the current org change, you're at the mercy of the current EVP and what vision they see
