Upper Management Cannot Get Their Act Together

Pros

There are a couple of good people here, and they seem to be running the entire show. They genuinely seem concerned for the welfare of the population they serve.

Cons

Most of upper management thinks that they are working hard because they always have their phones and answer emails late at night. But they really aren't offering anything beyond "is this done yet?" They don't seem to know how to properly staff the company so that everyone is doing their fair share of the work. They rush things and then wonder why nothing works when things are done. Too much reliance is placed on a couple of people who know more than their job titles should demand of them. Employees are easily burned out.

Pros

It was a paycheck and had great worker bees !

Cons

This company totally did their employees wrong. We were promised a bonus that we are still waiting to receive. We received a email letting us know that the date that we were to receive our employee bonuses would not be deposited. We never received anymore information after that email. We were then called into a meeting to inform us that the will close for good on July 2nd. The employees at this company has worked very hard to help the providers that are contracted with NLH with no help to their employees. Leadership rarely had reliable information and would avoid responding to emails at all cost ! Now we have to pray that we will still receive our bonuses now that the company has let everyone go . If I knew this would be the ending result to our hard work I would have never accepted a job offer here . The CEO did not care what happen to their employees and it is sad. This company had so much potential if they would have hired new people that were actually experienced and not recycle employees. All they did was let different people apply for different jobs internally with little to no experience ! I am so disappointed in myself that I allowed this company’s pretend morals and vision sway me into accepting a position here. Whatever company the leadership ends up at I feel sorry for their employees. The CEO did not care what she did to her employees as long as she was out of the responsibility of leading the team she was fine. Smh

Pros

None. Started off as a decent company. Gained new friends. They made sure you were fed in meeting. I can’t really say much for the “Pros” there really wasn’t any pros. Good luck if you do apply.

Cons

The saying there is change is constant which it is. This company is so unprofessional and unorganized. They are only money and number driven. They honest do not care about their employers. They will use you until your not needed anymore. If your looking for a quick fix a month or two great company. If your looking for long term not a great choice. You will find yourself back in the unemployment line. Pay is not the best insurance can be better.
