Pros

-fantastic opportunity to move up in the company, take on more responsibilities, and earn more money. -paid weekly, also the opportunity to get uncapped commission.

Cons

There are ALOT of downsides of working at Next Level marketing... -first, when they hired me, I was told I would be working 40 hours per week, maybe a little more if I would like the hours. What they DIDN'T tell me was that I was only paid for the hours I was in the store selling the product, and even then I wasn't paid for all of them. This didn't include the hour long meeting that I was required to go to every weekday morning and It also didn't include the 1 hour 30 min drive time per day to and from my store.. Overall, I was away from home a little under 80 hours, I was paid for 35-40 of them. -Next, if I did not attend those unpaid meetings or listen to the unpaid conference calls, You were seen as not invested in the company. the same goes for "team nights". The management would try to get the office together to go out to dinner or bowling or something like that, but most reps have families that they spend enough time away from. -third, and probably the worst of all is the mentality that they promote. You stand in a costco store all day and try to get people to sign up for direct tv by any means possible. Many times, this meant following customers around and arguing and lying to them to get them to sign up for your service, only to have them come back in and get angry with you once they got the service and realize you hadn't been honest with them. -Fourth, I found it really difficult to get paid. you got paid every tuesday..or you were supposed to anyway...many times I would get a text from my boss on tuesday saying that the checks are in. I then had to drive to his personal residence after I got off work around 9 pm to go get my check. Then on top of that, there were several times when my boss wasn't even there to give it to me. Sometimes It would take a couple days for me to get my check from him. it was just very unprofessional.

Pros

Events are laid back and management is wiling to help when it is beneficial to them.

Cons

If you need help or have a question, good luck getting a response. My pay has been late several times, and I have not been reimbursed on items I purchased. When I email staff about this I can barely get a response. Pay used to be $35 an hour, but they recently decreased to $30 per hour. Portal is difficult to use.
