      Pros

      It's been around 1 Yr since i have joined and It's just an amazing experience so far. Within the company there is always constructive feedback, and the leadership team backs you up to the core. Amazing talent pool, Respectability within the company and the Leadership Guidance makes it one of the best companies I have been a part of! Great company to be a part of if you want challenging environment to work on.

      Cons

      Not much,. There is onshore-offshore model which might not be for everyone. But a great team indeed.
