Pros

I’ve been working as a Sales Associate at this IT company for a while now, and it’s honestly been one of the most rewarding roles I’ve had. From day one, the onboarding process was structured and supportive. Leadership actually invests time in making sure you understand not just the products, but the why behind what you’re selling - which makes a huge difference when talking to clients. There’s a strong focus on consultative selling rather than just pushing services, which builds real trust with customers. The culture is collaborative, not cutthroat. Sales, engineering, and leadership all work together, so you never feel like you’re on an island trying to close deals. Management is approachable, transparent, and genuinely wants to see you succeed both professionally and financially. If you’re motivated, you can carve out a great career path here. They also recognize wins - big or small - which keeps morale high. Another standout is the company’s commitment to staying ahead in the IT space. You’re constantly learning about new technologies, security trends, and solutions, which keeps the role interesting and helps you grow your skill set.

Cons

None really - feels good to stand behind and believe in what you sell on a daily.

Pros

This is genuinely one of the best organizations I’ve ever worked for. The culture rewards initiative, performance, and results — not just tenure or showing up. If you’re driven, take ownership of your work, and want to continuously improve, you’ll find incredible opportunities here. Leadership recognizes effort and impact, and they empower people who want to make a difference. The bar is high, but so are the rewards.

Cons

This probably isn’t the right environment for everyone. It’s not a place where you can coast — if you need constant hand-holding or are just looking to clock in and out, you’ll probably feel out of place. Expectations are clear, but accountability is very real.

There could be more effective communication between employees and leadership
