      Pros

      The benefits are top, top notch. The expectations are as high as they come...anyone who works with NPE knows the level of communication, follow up and project management you will bring to every element of your career of you cut it here.

      Cons

      Speaking of expectations...they are at the whim of an overbearing owner who plays favorites and runs hot/cold.

      The benefits are incredible. This is one of the only companies that pays 100% of all insurances.

      Cons

      Pay was WAY below par, training was NON-existent, management does NOT have a good understanding of the way Walmart business is to be conducted and unnecessary corners were cut putting the relationships integrity in jeopardy.
