Pros

There aren’t any pros! Don’t don’t have any values or morals. Unless you are friends with people high up, you will discover that this company is just awful! There are sketchy people that work for this company. The worst ones are the ones in higher ranking positions.

Cons

These people are evil. They are the worst kind of business people you will ever see. All they care about are themselves and their money. Quality patient care is at the bottom of the list. Unless you are friends with someone high up, they don’t treat the staff very well. It highly possible for you to leave your job angry and offended every day. You will be miserable and have to choose between keeping your moral code or having to sell other people out to make management happy when they don’t care about anyone but themselves anyway,. The management is harder to deal with than the job itself. It’s not a very happy office environment. They rule with threats and an iron fist. They will embarrass and belittle you in front of others. They lie and cheat for personal gain! They are discriminatory and abusive with their authority. These people know nothing of proper leadership. They are so greedy, that they look for ways to cut down on quality healthcare to find ways to save their budge. They cheat people out of hours if they can possibly do so. When you get hired, they will pay you the lowest possible dollar. There are no raises. What you get is what you keep and there is no room for advancement. Their benefits are expensive! If you stick up for yourself or point out anything you think they are doing wrong, you will get written up. It’s their way or the highway. When that happens, they will pressure you to sign documents. DO NOT SIGN anything! You don’t legally have to! Like I said, they lie and cheat and by signing the documents, you are legally aggreeing to their unfair advantages. As for their policies, they are designed to benefit management only! They are not designed for everyone to be treated equally. They are not an affrimative action, or equal opportunity employer. Don’t assume by working hard and stretching your limits that it will pay off with this company either. Unless they like you, they won’t care. They will just take advantage of your energy. Don’t assume keeping to yourself to avoid drama will save you either. Doesn’t matter if you are clean, if they want to get rid of you, they will. If they want to drive you out, they will. You can try to kiss up to them if you want to, but it won’t garentee you safety and security.
