Pros

Getting out of that place

Cons

Management don’t care about you. Professional development is laughable. No adequate training or support. Academy members drop like flies. Very high turnover, top billers leave to go somewhere they’re appreciated. No working from home. Long hours and frowned upon if you leave ontime. Very toxic and cliquey environment where new starters are targeted by consultants. Extreme sexism and microaggressions. Things women have experienced here are alarming. Complaints ignored. Intrusive, disrespectful, uncomfortable questions and highly inappropriate behaviour from sales consultants and managers. Crazy abuse of power. Zero appreciation for efforts. CLEAR favouritism. Extremely bad environment and culture for mental health. Get consultants to put fake “good reviews” on Glassdoor. Everyone on the floor is in your business. Self-serving, arrogant, manipulative, dishonest and abusive people to work around. Micromanaged to the extreme. If you want peace of mind, avoid at all costs.

Pros

Stepping stone to get somewhere better.

Cons

Micromanagement - treated like a child. Management have no intention of providing professional development and growth. No adequate training. Very cliquey and excessive gossiping to the point where employees are targets of a witch hunt. High employee turnover - Next ventures is only known as a stepping stone in most people’s careers to get somewhere better. No flexibility/no hybrid working which doesn’t help employees who have caring responsibilities and it’s also very ironic considering that sales consultants advertise remote/hybrid roles for their candidates. Microaggressions. Sexism. No progression and no perks for majority of staff - these are some of the reasons why most members of staff leave after 6 months to a year. Inappropriate comments and (abusive) behaviour from sales consultants. No understanding of professional boundaries - sales consultants are constantly in your business and in your personal space.

Pros

Nice view from office Free air and water

Cons

Ethics. Workload.kpis . Terrible staff . I implore any young graduates whom NV are constantly recruiting for to really, really consider the negatives of a 'career' at NV. This agency is highly immoral . They post fake ads for roles. (This is encouraged) and you are taught to screw candidates by pumping them for leads. Yes , that's recruitment - but NV are really a special breed of slime. Look at some of the glowing reviews here ...do you not smell the desperation from their marketing dept of two ppl ? Hire 10 ppl at a time and expect two to survive. I left after an amount of time I won't disclose as it will identify me but I have seen many ..many ppl come and go . If you not part of the inside crew your outside. Their commission structure really can be found elsewhere so don't believe the lies that they post re this . Bunch of vapid, immoral snakes. There ARE better agencies out there in the city . You have been warned. Ancient computers systems . Horrid to use Hire and fire attitude Cruel managemebt and staff. Bordering pyschopathy in seberal staff members .
