      Need new management!!

      Pros

      They will hire anyone. They do not discriminate. Ex drug addicts or convict. 85 employees in the call center follow under one of those categories .

      Cons

      Management is not friendly. He is very stand-off ish. You can not go to him directly. If you have any concerns or any questions you must go through your team lead first. He doesn’t care about the well being of the employee. Half the time he at his desk in Facebook. Not friendly whatsoever.

      Working from home during covid

      Cons

      This job is micro managed, staff sucks, you’re cold calling people all day and they expect every single thing to be perfect. Also people are always quitting they can not keep employees.

      Dangerous employee

      Mostly nice people. they provided benefits.

      Cons

      Was threatened at the call center and they didn't not handle properly, this person was not immediately terminated ?? All corporate owners said they will investigate, dont know if this person is still working there. Not a good environment to feel safe at if you are looking for that. Workplace should be postive and safe.
