Great Place to Learn a lot as an underclassman

Pros

You can receive a lot of responsibilities if you show interest and accountability. I worked as an Operations intern within their NYC office as a summer intern, and got to work on independent assignments and contribute my own ideas. As a rising sophomore I got a lot more out of my internship than I probably would have elsewhere.

Cons

Sometimes it seems like you have a lot of deliverables for the type of role, so it's not a good fit if you 're only looking to get paid and not really learn/grow.
