Great Company

Pros

- Collaborative environment with opportunities to learn across different functions - Good work–life balance for employees who can manage their time well - Management focuses more on output and results rather than micromanaging hours (with exception to some managers who micromanaged some times)

Cons

- There is no strict time-in and time-out system, and attendance policies are relatively lenient. While this promotes flexibility and autonomy, it may be prone to abuse if not managed well. - As the company continues to grow, some processes and structures are still being refined. This can occasionally lead to ambiguity, but it also creates opportunities for employees to contribute ideas and help shape better systems moving forward.
