      Decent work culture but low pay and instability

      Pros

      Offered multiple shifts including weekends which was three twelve hour days plus a differential. Low stress environment with a decent work culture

      Cons

      The pay was on the low end, and they hadn't given any raises and from what I was told they don't give annual raises or any bonus incentives. There is a full benefits package, but I have seen better. It wasn't a place I'd plan to have a career, but it was okay for passing through as I continued looking. Lots of back-office scandal and rumors about fraternizing.

      Pros

      They paid for insurance, they act like they care to your face, the set hours are good, plenty of shifts to work on, no cross shift competitions

      Cons

      They don't care about the physical or mental well being of their employees. If you don't have an office you are not important enough for basic manners, they will drop you at the first sign of a mental breakdown
