They run on incentify working culture. If you perform well , they will instant rewards. Good for those looking for high reward careeer. My themepark manager get 5 figure Monthly Salary plus incentive. With bmw company car. Work less than 3 years.
Cons
Very stressed and demanding working place. You need to be a high achiever. Not a place for me.
