      Short-sighted leadership Poor organizational structure (benefits, health insurance, mentorship, training, etc.) One-man business mentality Management shares the spoils with little left for the working staffs Salaries are never reviewed Intrusive behaviour from management Frequent brinksmanship in company policies that creates a toxic environment

      Low power distance index owing to the flat organization structure, intellectually stimulating colleagues and culture, great benefits (health, pensions, NSITF, professional development allowances, and unwinds).

      Demoralizing feedback, blurry internal structure, and micromanaging from some managers.

      Each staff member takes full ownership of his/her projects, which, while it gives the staff room to grow and build leadership skills, sometimes creates burnout.
