I really enjoy working here. It's kind of like a family! Nextility does an amazing job at keeping their employees happy. Since this is a results oriented work environment we have very flexible schedules! There is a "no vacation policy" policy and we're allowed off as many days as we need - just as long as you get your work done! There is never a dull moment and no two days are the same! Once a quarter, we all take the day off to have a potluck and do an activity like bowling, driving range, hiking, etc. I actually enjoy coming to work.

Cons

Salaries aren't as high as other places but the benefits definitely make up for it.

The company used to be great awhile ago. Quarterly outings, fun office vibe, great health benefits, take as much time off as you need, work from home, and more. The health benefits and leave policy are the same. So that's good.

Cons

Contrary to what the person below me said, this company is definitely not growing. The company is in a financial nightmare, which has led to extremely poor employee morale. In the past year, half of the company has been laid off and more lay offs are to come.

Amazing place to work. Everyone is kind and wants you to grow as a professional. They are taking on some interesting challenges in the energy space, and I commend them for taking it on!

Cons

Things can be crazy in a start-up, but doing anything new requires a lot of testing and effort. These guys are smart and growing.
