- Company culture is toxic. Think high-school, you'll be coming to already predefined groups of friends and their open-mindedness and inclusiveness is questionable so you'll have to try and make friends with the 'cool kids'.
- Salary is below average for starting positions
- They have incredibly awful contracts which are known around the IT sphere where newcomers must stay for three years in the company otherwise you will have to pay hefty fines in the form of 6 last gross monthly salaries, so as you progress your penalty values keep increasing. It can be made worse if the toxic culture affects you personally and you will feel trapped as you can't leave without paying penalties.
- Benefits at the time were almost nonexistent.
- Employees were attending celebrations for new cars for the execs while their nerves were being shot by working for incredibly difficult Macedonian governmental agencies and other difficult customers, which can make you feel awful.
- As an employee you will come last
- Company displayed complete lack of responsibility, employees posting apparently 'small' celebrations in the work place while the COVID pandemic lockdowns and high numbers were raging.
NOTE:
- They may have changed since then but if you find yourself interviewing for this place I would steer clear and learn as much as I can before signing any contract with them that includes penalties.
