Pros

Good Health Insurance – Probably the only real benefit here. Decent coverage. Some People Get Remote Work – If you’re one of the favorites, you’ll get full remote, but don’t count on it. Some PTO Roll Over – But only if you plan it ahead of time, which defeats the point.

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism – Certain employees get special treatment (full remote, extra perks), while the rest are stuck in the noisy, open office. Micromanagement and no transparency – Leadership picks favorites and ignores issues unless you’re one of the chosen few. No automation, everything is manual – No cutting-edge tech, no automation. You’ll be hand-typing reports and manually calculating data like it’s 1995. Unfair PTO system – 10 days, accrued over time. Can’t schedule PTO before you accrue it, and you can’t go negative. If your time-off balance doesn’t match up with holidays or important events, you’re out of luck. Raises are a joke – Used to be every six months, then once a year, now only once a year at a specific time. If you join in July and raises happen in September, you wait until next year. RCM is a mess – Leadership pretends to care about the people behind each claim, but in reality, claims are not followed up on in time. If you’re not a big facility or a leadership favorite, your claims get pushed to the bottom. Overworked with no incentives – Employees are expected to take on more and more work with zero incentives, only for leadership to take credit for it. Toxic work environment – Criticism is not welcome. If you bring up any issues or concerns, leadership will either push you out or fire you. Religion pushed in the workplace – The owner insists he doesn’t push religion, yet there’s a weekly prayer group that is "voluntary" but clearly expected. Poor pay for the workload – The compensation does not match the workload, stress, or expectations.
