- Worst behaviour towards workers that I ever encountered. You can work for 2, 3 or 5 years here and then to get fired without a word. They just disable all of your accounts (slack, gmail etc.) and they don't give you a reason why you're fired or anything. You're just gone and that's it. It's like you never worked for the company. If you're lucky they might pay you the last month - Very high employee turnover - the company is just 4 years old. In the last 2 and half years more than 300 people have tried to work in here. It's between 300 and 500 people total, I can't give an exact number. - There is no contract or any other benefits EVEN THOUGH they will state on their job ab how they provide all of that. It's a lie. - Because there is no contract, you have no rights and the owner can fire you or do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, to you and you can't do anything about it - Salaries they claim on job ads are FAKE. They will state how you will earn from 1000 - 4000 $ which is a lie. I can't write exact numbers here because my review will get deleted but the average salary is much lower. Only 5% of workers have decent salaries - When you start your work, you only have few days to prove yourself or you will be deleted. Only 1-2% of people manage to "survive". The sad part is they "survive" to be treated as slaves later on - The whole business has only one role - to benefit only one person - > the owner. You, as a worker, will be hired there for a limited period of time. You are never safe and you never know when you're going to be fired. If you take a vacation during the summer (busy season), the owner will see that as a treason and will fire you eventually in the winter (during the slow-season). - The owner, who controls everything and who is micro-managing everything, is extremely paranoid. The whole business model of Nexus is based online and workers are working remotely so the whole time he is thinking how someone is trying to scam him or how someone might be a secret double agent, who is sharing details to other companies - When owner fires someone, the fired person is usually shocked, they didn't expect it, usually they don't have savings, they don't know what to do and so on. Afterwards, these people try to write about their bad experience online but Nexus complains to Google and they remove the review. - Because the owner is extremely paranoid, some workers use that and they spin and lie about other people, to get them fired. This creates EXTREMELY TOXIC CULTURE where nobody is safe, nobody is trusting anybody and everyone is in tense-mode all the time. EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. In the end, I can't even share how bad of a human being the owner is and how many people he used and then just fired them without notice or anything. Those people worked to build this company from the scratch, they invested their time and energy, did 100x more work than him and then they just got fired without a reason. They just got deleted like they are just a slave-robot. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in. Beware, once they see this review online, they will demand of their current workers to write fake positive reviews here. Nexus is doing this on all platforms - Google, Yelp etc. so they will definitely do it here as well.
