      This place is a joke of a circus..a broken circus at that. Don't believe their BS!!

      Pros

      Not too much to say other than it was just like any other reseller. Nothing special here, just a grunt job with no chance of advancement.

      Cons

      Executives are drunks and the managers put you under a microscope. There is no vacation program, they don't even pay mileage. Part of the margin you work so hard for goes to order entry people. Good luck getting any kind of a resource. It's all smoke and mirrors. Pure and simple they are pimps and employees are ho's. The reason there is so much hiring activity is because of the constant turnover. Their "we are family" speeches are hippocritical and a sharp contrast to the moral picture execs like to paint.

      Dishonest, cut throat, cheap and dysfunctional

      Salary scale good, technology good

      Cons

      All Management from Director level and above is the most dysfunctional group of people I have ever worked for. The barely get by on servicing their customers and do a horrible job of taking care of their internal staff. The also frequently lie about their compliance level to customers, saying they are PCI or SAS70 compliance when they have never been. Was frequently asked to lie verbally and by sign false documentation. Stay away from this company, consider yourself as being warned.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere. We are not overloaded with rules and stuffiness. For the most part, the people are great and fun loving.

      Cons

      I am feeling like there will never be an opportunity for advancement. If you are not the "hit the bar after work with the boys" type you are looked over. Hoping that this and the lack of raises issue is fixed once we become Dimension Data.
