      Unprofessional, intolerant, disrespectful to its employees

      Good concept and mission statement

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, unethical, intolerant of any other way but theirs. Unbelievable turnover ratio. Company is run by two consummate fraudsters... And their managers run the company based on fear and retribution. People that that give their 2 weeks notice are immediately terminated. No due process. Lots of ex-cons hired in exchange for their being always grateful and unconditional. Good employees are ALL looking for jobs elsewhere and leave as soon as they get ANYTHING.

      Lots of soda, assuming they've paid Coca Cola

      Cons

      The company spends most of its time filing frivolous lawsuits against primarily governmental entitles and, more importantly, former employees. Look in the Virginia Circuit Court records under the company's name in both Rockingham and Augusta County. Additionally, look in the US District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, Southern District of Florida, Orange County (Florida) Circuit Court, and Montgomery County (Texas) Circuit Court. They sue employees who have discovered they've been wiretapping and that the company had stolen from their employee benefit plans.

      Outside of the pay which really doesn't compensate for the lack of professionalism there is absolutely none.

      Cons

      They are more of a cult than an organized professional company.
