Pros

Free range time after 3 months

Cons

Managers are horrible. No management is on the same page. You will get “written up” or threatened to be fired for doing literally anything. You will never get a raise. What you get started at you will end at. Even if people come after you and start at more you’ll still be at the lower hourly rate. No one cares about you. Certain managers also won’t give you the legally required break and will instead clock you out manually on their end later.

Pros

At Nexus, I felt fairly welcomed and well trained. The atmosphere was professional but not stuck up. A lot of training was needed for me to get to where I was comfortable with all the systems though, so expect to put in the work.

Cons

Slightly unorganized management. While most managers were great, some were lazy or flat out rude.

Pros

Growth opportunities, many different areas to work in

Cons

Not great at snuffing out bad apples before they poison the bunch.
