Terrible management across the board. The CPO, Bjorn, has zero substance - full of himself but empty inside. The CEO somehow manages to inspire absolutely no one. All talented employees quit, a lot of people fired and it won't stop bleeding. What’s left is a hollow shell run by people congratulating themselves for the disaster they created.
