The company regularly hosted social events, including monthly coffee meet-ups where employees could connect and chat with the owners. If I owned a company, I would run it exactly like Nexxis does. The family atmosphere is genuine and rare.
From the best holiday party I’ve ever attended to volunteering together at the food bank, every event was meaningful—and the food was always fantastic! Being part of Nexxis felt like working with family members who truly enjoyed and respected one another.
