Pros

- people, CEO, Head of Ops, close to pubs, value prop of company, excitement - doing good things for people in need

Cons

- normal small company intensity but nothing worth commenting on, make sure you're up for it! - nothing really else to add here, there are no cons, only pros!

Pros

Nice office. Good location. Fun work drinks.

Cons

Many staff do very little and chat on the beanbags or in the huddle area. No staff training or career development. Loads of staff are leaving. Unclear what the business is doing. Leadership have favourites.

Okay for some time

Pros

Lucky enough to work with very reasonable people. Process wise - they do follow a good practice in terms of involving various parties prior to introducing a product feature. Also a good office location.

Cons

Excluding the nice people mentioned above, there is a terrible 'hunt or be hunted' sort of atmosphere going around there and you are expected to agree and smile to the nonsense if you are not a buddy/relative to the the right people. Projects are moving extremely slow and having the majority of the system outsourced does not make it better.
